For social committees
Plan the staff party without the spreadsheet
Staff Party is one place to collect RSVPs, dietary needs and song requests, track who showed up, run the raffle, and gather everyone’s photos afterward.
Made in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for Canadian teams.
Right now it takes four tools and a clipboard
Most committees run the party on a spreadsheet, a form, a group chat and a printed list of names. The list gets marked up at the door. The dietary answers sit in a different tab from the RSVPs. Somebody copies the song suggestions out of the chat by hand. And the photos stay on twenty different phones.
None of that is hard. It is just slow, and it all lands on whoever volunteered.
- Counting heads from the form, then counting again from the door list.
- Dietary answers in one tab, the guest list in another, and the caterer needs a number tomorrow.
- A playlist built from whoever shouted loudest in the group chat.
- Chasing people for a week to get the photos for the recap video.
Eventbrite is built for selling tickets to strangers. A form is built for asking one question. Neither one is built for a room full of people you work with.
How it works
Three steps, one link.
Set up the event
Add the date, time and place, then choose what you want to ask people. Change the details later and the link stays the same.
Send one link to staff
People RSVP, tell you what they can and cannot eat, and request the songs they want to hear. Every answer lands in the same list.
Run the night, then share the photos
Check people in at the door, draw the raffle for prizes and awards, and collect photos in a shared album while the party is still happening.
What you get
Everything the party needs, in one place. The full feature breakdown goes into more detail on each.
- RSVPs and headcount
- One live number you can give the caterer.
- Dietary needs
- Collected with the RSVP, not in a second form.
- Song requests
- A playlist built from what people actually asked for.
- Attendance
- Check people in before, during and after the event.
- Raffle and prizes
- Draw for awards and prizes without scraps of paper.
- Shared photo album
- Photos in one place while everyone still has them.
Your next party starts with one link
